"I arrived at the hotel early and a very pleasant hotel employee greeted me. Although she was very busy with phones ringing, her service she gave to me was excellent. I was informed I had been upgraded and had a lovely apartment on the top floor with views over Perth. The apartment was very clean, with all that I had read about: kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, stove etc), bathroom with dryuer and washing machine), expansive views, comfortable bed and a very comfortable lounge to sit upon. My stay was made so much better by this lovely hotel and the short distance to Perth shopping, Woolworths and restaurants was excellent." - Anonymous

"Location? Located at what appears to be the wrong end of town next to a few adult shops, one of which promises strippers from $2. I wouldn't recommend for families. Facilities? The bar come restaurant was closed most of the weekend we stayed. We did manage to grab a drink at the bar. Feels very much like a back street bar, which it is, vs a the bar at a hotel/serviced appartment. Recommended for businessmen travellers. " - Anonymous

Getting There: The main entrance to Medina Executive Barrack Plaza in on Barrack Street. If you are driving to the hotel (parking must be pre-booked-limited availability)it is easier to drive directly to the carpark entrance on Wellington Street. Entry is just before the intersection of Wellington & Barrack Streets, look for the sign advising Medina guest parking turn in to the left and press the intercom for reception.
Check-in Procedure: The registered guest must present their valid credit card upon check-in with a photo ID. A pre-authorisation will be taken on the credit card for any incidentals.
Car Parking: Limited Carparking is available on site for $25.00 per vehicle per night (max. of one vehicle per apartment). Car Parking must be pre-booked hence the hotel must be contacted directly to check availability.
Child Policy: (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel)
Rollaway beds can be added to either one or two bedroom apartments at an additional cost of $50.00 per night. Please note only one extra bed is available in each apartment.
