"Very comfortable beds, and clean & tidy rooms. Lovely view of the Treasury Gardens. Only complaint is that the room and particularly the bathroom are a little dated, could do with a facelift! And prices were inflated for our stay over New Years Eve (as to be expected), but I believe their standard price is good value for money. Hotel parking was closed for renovations so had to park up the road. Good location - close to everything yet situated at fairly quiet end of the CBD. With the free city circle tram at our doorstep, it's a great location to move around and explore Melbourne!

Getting There: Flemington Rd exit from the Tullamarine f-way. 2 kms turn right at roundabout onto Elizabeth St. 800 mts turn left at Victoria St. Approx. 1 km, turn right onto Nicholson St which continues onto Spring St. Continue straight and the hotel can be found past Parliament across from Treasury Gardens.
Car Parking: Parking available at Wilson’s Carpark, 32 Flinders St. Turn left into FLINDERS LANE and then left into the car park. Guests need to see receptionist at the Hotel to validate the ticket. Parking is $25.00 per 24 hours.
Child Policy: Two children under the age of 16 are free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
Breakfast is also included free of charge for children under 16.
