"We had asked for a non-smoking room but it had obviously had a smoker in it before us. We had a room with a small balcony which was a plus but the road noise was quite bad. Guests are required to present a valid credit card for pre-authorisation upon check-in. If the guest would prefer to pay by cash, accomodation must be prepaid upon check-in and a $100.00 refundable deposit to cover incidental charges must be supplied. A valid form of photo ID must also be supplied to be photocopied by reception.
