"Have not stopped telling people what a great location but the worst room - the bed was so hard that it made both my husband and i ache all night - i was in so much pain that i had to take panadol to try to sleep. Recommend that you buy mattresses that are comfortable and not rock hard to save replacing them - very poor. As i said have not stopped telling people not to stay at this serviced apartment

"We stayed 2 nights. First night, the toilet did not flush, the heater was not working and the refrigerater was also not working and had to be removed because of the smell (gas). There was no clock radio in the bedroom and no matress protector on the bed. Sofa in the room was grotty and torn. They did give us another room the next morning and offered a later check out the
following day, we declined. If the room had not already been paid for I would have went somewhere else. Our room the first night was very poor, the second night was much better, but still did not have a matress protector and was not what I had expected. " - Anonymous

Car parking is OFFSITE at Flinders Gate Car park (Located between Flinders street and Flinders Lane) 172-192 Flinders street. On presentation of a voucher from the Quest Collins St Central it is $16 per exit or based on a 24 hour period. Car park is a public car park, parkers park at own risk and settle direct with Car park not Quest. Height of car park is 2 metres. |
