"Nice and clean hotel with reasonably large rooms (for Japanese standards). Bit old fashioned building and furniture. Rooms are well equipped and serviced daily. Staff is very friendly and mostly could use some English. Free internet connection available in entry lobby. We did not use restaurants because we were out for most of the day, but they seem to be reasonably priced (buffet breakfast $10). Location is convenient - 5min walk to railway (not JR though) and safe although there are quite few (decent) love-hotels in the area as well as pubs/bars. Guests were mostly locals - families as well as couples and business people and groups. We (me and wife and two teenagers) enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would recommend it to others." - Dejan Simovic
"Nice hotel - but its in the middle of Osaka's uptown "Love Hotel" area - kind of seedy. Would not recommend you stay there if you have children. Otherwise, Its a nice clean hotel. Also - there are no "no-smoking" rooms - so if you don't mind the smell of tobacco, its a decent place." - Anonymous
"I will use it again. It is conveniently located for quick rail access to central Osaka. (Umeda)...just one stop away." - Russell Trethewey
"The staff are very helpful, courteous and kind enough to speak in the limited (but adequate) English they have. Like all 3* hotels in Japan, the rooms are not generous but all the facilities are there. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a fabulous selection, both Japanese and Western food. About a 1220-1500 yen taxi ride from Shin-Osaka train station. Would stay here again." - Anonymous
