"We were very fortunate to be offered an upgrade to a 'premier' room on our stay at the Royal. The hotel is really lovely, and the room was beautifully appointed with everything you could ask for - including a DVD player! The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had in any hotel. We often used the heated indoor pool and sauna, and these ammenities were always clean. The hotel staff were extrememly helpful, and also spoke good english. The location was also handy, about a 15 minute walk into the main city and all the local tourist spots. If I returned to Macau I would not hesitate staying there again, as it was good value for money - in what I consider a very overpriced city." - Anonymous

"Excellent value for money hotel. Looks old on the outside but the inside is newly renovated. Hotel shuttle bus is frequent too. You can walk to places of interest in the cool morning and if you enjoy walking as a form of exercise. Everywhere, you can take buses to bring you from one casino to another casino.
