Rydges Perth is a 4½ star hotel, stylish & contemporary in décor and ambience. The hotel has 245 guest rooms including six river view luxury spa suites, 46 king executive rooms and two Executive Club Floors fully equipped with comprehensive business facilities and Club Lounge. All rooms have recently been refurbished and featuring iconic large floor to ceiling picture windows, widescreen LCD televisions, Foxtel and high-speed internet.

Rydges Perth is also home to the award winning CBD Restaurant & Bar, which combines the best of modern city dining and relaxing café culture. The Conference & Events facilities include four conference rooms, outdoor CBD Terrace and two boardrooms located on the top floors of the building.

Facilities include: 24-hour room service and reception, concierge, valet car parking, business centre, and conference & event facilities. Guests have complimentary access to the Cove Health and Fitness Centre, located next to the hotel.

Getting There: If arriving by car, please drive to Hay Street and pull up out the front for valet parking (additional cost). Taxi's are also readily available and airport shuttles can be arranged from the airpoirt to the Hotel.
Check-in Procedure: We will require an imprint from a credit card to guarantee any extras you may have, and for you to sign a registration card.
Car Parking: Valet car parking is available for Hotel Guests at a rate of $28 per day (one car per room).
The Atrium Car Park located at the rear of the hotel offers public rates from:
7:00am to 10:30pm, Monday to Thursday at $3.50 per hour
7:00am to 11:45pm, Friday to Saturday at $2 per hour (closed on Sundays).

Please note if you are using the Atrium Car Park personally you will not have 24-hour access to your vehicle.
Child Policy: Children 0-12 years of age are at no extra cost if existing bedding is used. All rates are based on single or double occupancy, for an additional adult or child requiring an extra bed, the charge is $35 and $25.00 for full buffet breakfast. The maximum to be accommodated in one room is four adults/children.
