"This hotel is very conveniently located, and is well serviced, but the rooms are starting to look quite tired. The steps up into the bathroom/bedroom resulted in a few stubbed toes -- this isn't a hotel for the mobility impaired/elderly. We received some smarmy remarks from one of the check-in desk staff but restaurant staff were very pleasant and efficient & food is good." - Anonymous
