"Hotel is pretty decent and location is nice, near the shopping, dining and bus pick up areas. It's the 2nd time I have staye but on both occassions I got my room late, eventhough I came in way after check-in time. It's a place I wouldn't recommend if you want to pick up some good rest after a long journey but if you are in KL just to see things around, this hotel's fine." - Anonymous
"The hotel is situated at the centre of city a walking distance from major shopping area and nearby metro station.
However hotel lack much of quality of 4 star hotel. The cleanliness is not of standard, the breakfast is monotonous, we stayed for 7 nights and for all those 7 days the buffet brekfast was same. The service is average
