"Great location situated in the centre of Brisbane. For the price, very disappointed with overall experience. Simply things like no soap in bathroom and internet not working as well as expensive car parking charges made for a very average experience. " - Anonymous
"Lovely Hotel. Valet guys were polite & friendly,but they were way too busy and we had to wait 1 hour to get our car. Had leakage in bathroom from light fixture which did not get fixed properly. Service at check out was appalling as we got no compensation for our loss time and damaged goods in bathroom from water. Food & restaurant were excellent." - Anonymous
"Nothing really wrong with the hotel. Apparently we had a newly renovated room, if so they had poor builders. Location not great for the city and valet parking a pain waited 25 minutes to get car at check out. Wouldn't stay again, lots of better hotels for the price in Brisbane." - Zak Lewin

Located in the heart of Brisbane city at King George Square on the corner of Ann and Roma streets, one block from either Central or Roma street train stations.
For the best entry to the hotel by car drive down Ann Street, which is one way, turn right into Roma Street and we are the first building with the driveway on the left-hand side.
A short walk to either Central or Roma Street train stations to catch a train to Milton Station, Suncorp Stadium and the domestic and international airports. |

Check in from 2pm.A credit card imprint is needed on arrival for incidental charges.If you do not have a credit card a $150 refundable cash deposit is needed.If you are settling your account by credit card a 1.5% surchage of the total bill applies.

Valet car parking is available for hotel guests at a flat rate from $25 per night with mulitple entries and exits available. Concierge will assist with your car when you arrive at the front entrance of the hotel.
